Ken began his career in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer at GoodLife Fitness, where he worked for nearly eight years. During this time, he developed a strong interest in human physiology, movement, and the prevention of injuries. This inspired him to expand his expertise beyond strength training and weight management to include rehabilitation, postural health, and long-term physical well-being.

In 2017, Ken began studying to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. To further strengthen his understanding of manual therapy and broaden his treatment skills, he enrolled in the Massage Therapy program at Westervelt College in London in 2019.

Ken has experience working with a diverse range of clients. For three years, he supported members of Western University’s swim team during their provincial competitions and has also worked alongside professional MMA fighters during their training camps. In a multidisciplinary physiotherapy clinic, he treated individuals with complex conditions, including injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents and other musculoskeletal concerns.

Ken is passionate about helping clients prevent injuries, improve mobility and posture, and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Outside the clinic, he enjoys pickleball, kickboxing, hiking, and other sports. He is currently completing his thesis for the osteopathy program.
